DTF RUSH PRINT – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Have questions about ordering custom DTF transfers or gang sheets? We've got you covered! Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our DTF printing, artwork requirements, turnaround times, local pickup, and shipping.
WHAT ARE DTF TRANSFERS?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full-color heat transfers that are printed onto a special film and applied to garments using a heat press. They are great for T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, and many other compatible fabrics.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
No! DTF Rush Print has no minimum order requirement. Whether you need a single transfer or multiple gang sheets, you can order what you need.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DTF PRINTING?
Yes! Qualifying orders submitted by 12 PM EST Monday–Friday are eligible for same-day printing.
Same-day production refers to printing time. Shipping transit time begins after your package leaves our facility.
CAN I PICK UP MY DTF TRANSFERS LOCALLY?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Leesburg, Florida. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
DO YOU SHIP DTF TRANSFERS?
Yes! Shipping is available for customers who cannot pick up locally. You will receive shipping information once your order has been processed and shipped.
WHAT FILE TYPE SHOULD I UPLOAD?
Please upload a print-ready PNG file with a transparent background.
We recommend artwork at 300 DPI whenever possible for the best print quality.
DO I NEED TO MIRROR MY ARTWORK?
No. Please DO NOT mirror your artwork before uploading it. We will handle the printing orientation.
WHY DOES MY ARTWORK NEED A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND?
DTF printers use white ink. If your artwork contains a white background, that white area can be printed as part of your transfer.
For designs that should not have a background, make sure the background has been removed and the PNG is truly transparent before uploading.
CAN YOU FIX OR EDIT MY ARTWORK?
Artwork should be submitted print-ready. Please carefully review your artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, transparency, and overall design before submitting your order.
Screenshots, watermarked images, blurry artwork, and low-resolution files may not produce acceptable print quality and may not be accepted.
WHAT IS A DTF GANG SHEET?
A DTF gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs, sizes, or copies onto one larger sheet. Gang sheets are a great way to maximize printing space when you need several transfers.
CAN I BUILD MY OWN GANG SHEET?
Yes! Use our Build a Gang Sheet tool to upload, resize, duplicate, rotate, and arrange your designs directly on your selected gang sheet size before adding it to your cart.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A PRINT-READY DESIGN?
If you already have an individual print-ready PNG, use our Order DTF Transfers option. Simply choose your transfer size, upload your artwork, and place your order.
CAN I SUBMIT COPYRIGHTED OR TRADEMARKED DESIGNS?
We do not accept unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked artwork. This can include protected characters, logos, professional sports branding, fashion brands, and other intellectual property.
If you have authorization or the appropriate rights to reproduce an image, additional documentation may be requested.
WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THEY DO ON MY SCREEN?
Colors can vary between computer or phone screens and the final printed transfer because screens and printers reproduce color differently. We recommend using properly prepared, high-quality artwork for the best results.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK BEFORE SUBMITTING MY ORDER?
Before completing your order, please verify:
• Your artwork is the correct file.
• Your design is sized correctly.
• Spelling and wording are correct.
• The background is transparent where needed.
• The artwork is high resolution.
• Your gang sheet layout is exactly how you want it.
Orders are printed using the artwork and sizing submitted by the customer, so please review everything carefully before checkout.
